JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position:
- Medical Superintendent – THQ Hospital Khar, Fort Munro, District Dera Ghazi Khan
Organization:

THQ Hospital Khar, Fort Munro, is managed by the Shaheen Foundation, PAF. Applications are invited from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Medical Superintendent.
Qualification & Experience:
Education:
- MBBS with an advanced degree in Health Care Administration
Experience:
- Proven record of leadership, operational management, and strategic planning in the health sector.
- a track record of success in the health sector in terms of strategic planning, operational management, and leadership.
- solid knowledge of and practical expertise in hospital management operations in all departments.
- Senior management experience in a healthcare setting for at least 10 years.
Major Responsibilities:
The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for:
| 1. creating and carrying out a strategic hospital plan. 2. ensuring that hospital services and activities are implemented effectively in accordance with organizational goals. 3. giving guidance and leadership in the areas of training, personnel resources, financial management, clinical delivery, and quality control. 4. encouraging all hospital activities to have a culture of excellence, compliance, and ongoing progress. 5.supervising the allocation, budgeting, and efficient use of hospital cash. |
Terms & Conditions:
| Salary | competitive in the market, appropriate for experience and qualifications. |
| Contract | An annual contract will be used for the appointment, and it may be renewed if performance is satisfactory. |
| Accommodation | There will be a single, furnished room available. |
